FDA APPROVAL

• Why you Need to be FDA Registered

- All U.S. and foreign facilities that process, pack, or carry human or animal food for consumption in the United States must register with the FDA as a Food Facility, according to United States law. If you do not have a valid facility registration your product will be detained, and you will not be able to clear FDA customs.

- If a foreign food facility does not have a willing US customer or importer, the foreign supplier is also required to designate an agent in the United States to act as a point of contact for FDA.

- GLOBAL Property & Logistics USA will act as your point of contact with the FDA, become your FDA Agent, issue you with an FDA registration certificate and will also communicate with the FDA on your behalf.
